EnquireLaminate flooring is a MDF board based product with a built in click system so that individual lengths are slotted together to cover the area of a room.
With our laminate flooring applications we fit a 5mm fibreboard underlay initially so that the laminate boards click nicely together on top. To finish off the application we fit scotia to the edges to finish the room off.
Laminate flooring can be very hard wearing but it all depends on how you look after it because it's MDF wood, if you constantly mop it unfortunately it will ruin due to water penetrating the edges.
If you look after it correctly it can last up anywhere between 2-10 years.
Laminate flooring applications can take anywhere from 1-3 days depending on the size of your room.
Laminate flooring is suitable for any floor apart from wet areas as it will spoil due to the integral wood's absorbancy characteristics.
